Refund & Exchange Policy for Florium™ (An unit of Beehive Lane)

At Florium™ (An unit of Beehive Lane) (“we,” “us”), we take great pride in our quality control. However, we understand that issues can sometimes arise during shipping.

  1. Hygiene & Non-Returnable ItemsDue to strict hygiene standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Earringsunder any circumstances. This ensures that every customer receives a fresh, unworn pair.
  • Necklaces, bracelets, and rings may be returned only if they are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags intact.
  1. Damaged or Defective ItemsIf you receive a damaged product, we will replace it free of charge.
  • Mandatory Requirement: You must provide an Unboxing Video (a continuous video of opening the packet) to claim a refund or replacement for damage. Without this video, we cannot process claims for missing or broken items.
  • Reporting Window: You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery via email at connect@florium.in  or WhatsApp at +91-7838 786787.
  1. Cancellations
  • You may cancel your order within 4 hours of placing it.
  • Once the order has been packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  1. Refunds
  • For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after we approve the return.
  • For COD Orders: We will issue a store credit coupon or transfer funds to your bank account (details to be provided by you).
